Bylaws of BizAI

Founder: Max Li

Article I: Name and Purpose

1.1 Name

The name of this professional group shall be BizAI.

1.2 Purpose

BizAI is a community-based organization dedicated to promoting the understanding, education, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for business owners within the Merrimack Valley area.

1.3 Affiliation

BizAI is an independent entity. It is not officially associated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Article II: Membership

2.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals operating within the Merrimack Valley region who have an interest in AI integration. There is no membership fee.

2.2 Commitment

Members are encouraged to participate in knowledge-sharing and attend scheduled meetings to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Article III: Leadership and Governance

3.1 The Founder

Max Li shall serve as the Founder. The Founder provides the long-term vision for the group and holds a permanent seat on the Leadership Committee.

3.2 Cofounders

The group shall be governed by a total of four (4) Cofounders (including the Founder). These individuals are responsible for strategic planning and meeting facilitation; curating educational content and guest speakers; and managing regional outreach and member communications.

3.3 Decision Making

Major institutional changes or financial decisions require a majority vote among the four Cofounders.

Article IV: Meetings

4.1 Frequency

Meetings shall be held on a regular basis (e.g., monthly or quarterly) at various locations within the Merrimack Valley.

4.2 Format

Meetings will focus on workshops, case studies, and open discussions regarding emerging AI tools and ethical business practices.

Article V: Dissolution

5.1 Procedure

In the event that BizAI can no longer fulfill its mission, the group may be dissolved by a unanimous vote of the Cofounders. Any remaining resources or materials shall be shared among the active membership or donated to a local educational non-profit.
