When you sign in or pay through the user portal, account authentication is handled with Firebase and payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on Grassrootech servers.

Like most websites, our hosting providers and security systems may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, requested URLs, and timestamps.

We use information to provide website, AI consulting, calendar, contact, billing, customer support, and related Grassrootech services.

We may use information to create or manage accounts, maintain organization profiles, process one-time or monthly payments, provide receipts or invoices, respond to messages, schedule meetings, improve site reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the site and services. These providers may include Firebase for authentication and database storage, Stripe for payment processing and receipts, Resend for email delivery, Google services for calendar-related features, hosting providers, and other technical vendors.

We do not sell personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Payment card details are processed by Stripe, a reputable payment processor, and are not stored directly by Grassrootech.

No website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use a strong password and contact us promptly if you believe your account or information may have been compromised.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, accounting, security, and operational retention needs.

You can avoid providing certain information, but some services, such as billing, account management, or appointment scheduling, may not work without it.
