Terms of Service

Grassrootech Corp. provides AI-powered website development, AI consulting, practical business technology services, calendar and contact tools, and related digital services.

Specific project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and support obligations may be described in a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, invoice, or email confirmation.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including organization profile and billing information.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, submit unlawful content, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Grassrootech does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

One-time and monthly payments may be made through Stripe Checkout. Monthly payments may continue until cancelled according to the applicable project or service arrangement.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees already paid for completed work, setup work, consulting time, hosting, managed services, or other delivered services are not automatically refundable.

You are responsible for ensuring that text, images, files, data, trademarks, and other materials you provide may lawfully be used in the services.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables, payment amounts, organization profile details, and publication-ready content before use.

Grassrootech and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, processes, know-how, code libraries, and general technology used to provide services.

Client ownership or usage rights for custom deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. If no separate agreement applies, Grassrootech grants you a limited right to use delivered work for your internal business and public website purposes after applicable fees are paid.

The website and services may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Firebase, Resend, Google services, hosting providers, AI model providers, and other technical vendors.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Grassrootech is not responsible for outages, changes, data handling, or decisions made by those providers outside our control.

We work to provide useful, professional, and reliable services, but we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, sales, traffic, model outputs, uptime, or uninterrupted availability unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

The website and services are provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grassrootech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grassrootech's total liability for claims related to the services is limited to the amount you paid Grassrootech for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this page was last issued or materially updated.
